SHIPPING & RETURNS:
Lead times: can vary from 1 - 5 days Domestic shipping for in stock items depending on shipping location
Out of Stock: Out of stock items may take between 2 - 8 weeks depending on availability - A BHD customer service team member will be in touch within 24 hours to notify you if your items ordered might be longer then expected.
Delivery Method: All ground shipments are processed through Direct Freight - A tracking number will be provided on time of shipping and order can be tracked through Direct Freights website - www.directfreight.com.au
Return / Exchange: You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you wish to return/exchange items. We do not refund for change of mind but are happy to exchange. We offer an exchange or replacement for faulty/damaged goods. All sales are final and sale products are sold as is.
Artwork: All artwork is made to order, depending on stock it can take 1 - 6 weeks for delivery. All Bandhini and Zoe Bios artworks arrive framed.
GST: All prices are GST inclusive.
