Our Ottomans are made locally by our craftsman Zany. Our ottomans are soft and sturdy - perfect as an extra chair or decorative element in the room.
SHIPPING & RETURNS:
Lead times: In-stock items can vary from 1–5 days Domestic shipping.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS: 6–8 weeks lead time.
**Bedding including all quilts, bed sashes, Dupion and Gudri products are made to order and have a minimum lead time of 4 weeks.
Out of Stock: Out of stock items may take between 4–10 weeks depending on availability—A customer service team member will be in touch within 24 hours to notify you if your items ordered might be longer then expected.
Delivery Method: All ground shipments are processed through TNT—A tracking number will be provided upon time of shipping and order can be tracked here.
Return / Exchange: Refunds are only offered for faulty or damaged items. You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving your item/s. We do not refund for change of mind but are happy to exchange or offer a store credit. All sales are final and sale products are sold as is. For more details please visit our returns page.
Artwork: All artwork is framed to order and in stock artworks are dispatched in 1–4 days. Out of stock artworks may take 4–8 weeks. All Bandhini and Zoe Bios artworks arrive framed.
GST: All prices are GST inclusive.
International Orders (outside of Australia): Please choose carefully, we do not offer returns/exchanges due to the high cost & variability of international shipping. Feel free to email with any questions about product specifications so we can help you to choose the right product.
