If I order during Christmas will my order be dispatched?

Yes! Although our team is out of office from 23/12/22 - 09/01/23, any orders made in this time with stock that is on our shelves will be dispatched as usual. However, some orders may be subject to delays. These include but are not limited to: 

  • Outdoor Cushions

  • Embellished Cushions

  • Textile Art 

  • Zoe Bios Art

  • Bedding

  • Made to Order Cushions

These items, if ordered prior to December - can not be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. If you are on a deadline it is essential to enquire prior to 23/12/22 so we can advise you of a shipping timeframe. 

If I call or email will I be assisted?

If your enquiry is urgent we advise you reach out prior to 23/12/23 or after 09/01/23. However, during the out of office period please contact us via email at customerservice@bandhinidesign.com and we will try our best to answer any queries when we can. We will not be answering calls during this time.

What services are unavailable to me during the Out of Office period?

Although you are welcome to shop online during this time, we are closed to the public at our Showroom while we spend time with our loved ones during the festive period. Additionally, any Storyboard Services will be unavailable after the 23/12/22 - 09/01/23. You are still welcome to email designer@bandhinidesign.com with your enquiries regarding this and our Designer Bella will get to them from 10/01/23.
