Lead times: In-stock items can vary from 1 - 5 days Domestic shipping.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS: 4-6 weeks lead time.

**Bedding including all quilts, bed sashes, and dupion products are made to order and have a minimum lead time of 4 weeks.

Out of Stock: Out of stock items may take between 2 - 8 weeks depending on availability - A BHD customer service team member will be in touch within 24 hours to notify you if your items ordered might be longer then expected. 

Delivery Method: All ground shipments are processed through TNT - A tracking number will be provided upon time of shipping and order can be tracked here.

Return / Exchange: You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you wish to return/exchange items. We do not refund for change of mind but are happy to exchange. We offer an exchange or replacement for faulty/damaged goods. All sales are final and sale products are sold as is. 

Artwork: All artwork is framed to order and in stock artworks are dispatched in 1-4 days. Out of stock artworks may take 2-4 weeks. All Bandhini and Zoe Bios artworks arrive framed.

GST: All prices are GST inclusive.
